Please contact us within: 14 days of delivery, please Post items back to us within: 28 days. Once item has been received by us in a saleable condition (no damage or signs of use) we will offer you a full refund or exchange.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
• Custom/ personalised orders
• Perishable products (like herbs or flowers)
• Jewellery (for hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs and to provide postage details, for this reason we recommend that you use a Tracked Delivery service when returning items.
If the item is not returned in its original saleable condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and the packaging. We can therefore claim insurance with our postage provider and offer you a replacement or a refund.
